At BOJO Transportation Enterprise, our mission is to provide reliable and safe transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring timely access to medical care.
All of our drivers are First Aid and CPR certified to ensure your safety during every trip. We’re trained to respond quickly and confidently in the event of a medical emergency. We believe that being prepared isn't just a requirement—it's a responsibility we take seriously.
All drivers undergo a comprehensive screening process, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and driving history review. We take every measure to ensure our team is safe, trustworthy, and fully qualified to transport our clients with care.
Our company maintains Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) coverage and all state-required insurance for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. Each vehicle is fully registered, regularly inspected, and meets all safety standards. We are committed to operating with the highest level of compliance to ensure the safety and protection of every passenger.

We specialize in non-emergency medical transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our services are designed to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable rides to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other essential destinations.
Insurance companies can make payments directly using our National Provider Identifier (NPI), ensuring a smooth and efficient billing process. For patients who self-pay, we accept credit card payments or other arrangements made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Please note that our drivers do not carry cash and are unable to accept cash payments.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that services requested outside of our normal operating hours may incur an additional charge.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare.
BOJO Transportation Enterprise reserves the right to deny service to any individual if it is determined that providing transportation would pose a safety risk to the passenger, driver, or others. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving unsafe or disruptive behavior, failure to comply with health and safety guidelines, or any other factors that may compromise the safety of the ride.
By using our services, passengers and their representatives agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOJO Transportation Enterprise, its employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of our transportation services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
